At Rewarding Wellness, I believe that the idea of success has been largely defined by the achievement of money, status, and/or power, with little regard to individual health and wellness. As a result, so many of us experience burnout in our careers, at home, or in our social lives, struggling to find true happiness. I aim to help people meet and exceed their wellness goals by redefining their definitions of success and happiness. I design new approaches toward fulfillment of goals and dreams. I believe wellness should be rewarded above all else. Whether you wish to become more focused and organized, improve your stress management, have a more robust family and social life, experience academic success, or need support in making major life decisions, I am here to help guide you. I work with individuals and families to support people in meeting their goals without sacrificing their wellness. Put yourself first, and the rest will fall into place.
